FILE - In this March 22, 2013 file photo, North Carolina guard P.J. Hairston (15) pumps his fist after a basket during the second half of a second-round game against Villanova in the NCAA college basketball tournament at the Sprint Center in Kansas City, Mo. Authorities have dismissed charges against Hairston from a traffic stop last month. Hairston was arrested June 5 and charged with misdemeanor marijuana possession and driving without a license at a checkpoint in Durham. But the Durham County clerk of court's office said Monday, July 22, 2013, those charges were dismissed Friday after Hairston produced proof he had a driver's license and had completed a drug assessment program.
