By Patrick Johnston SINGAPORE, Sept 23 (Reuters) – The secretary general of law enforcement agency Interpol lauded the work of Singapore authorities on Monday for arresting the ‘mastermind’ of the world’s largest and most aggressive soccer match-fixing syndicate last week.
